Medical Team Lead
Job Overview
Instruplant Ltd. Is a solutions provider for Medical, Scientific, industrial, and Telecommunications. Our Headquarters are in Trinidad with operations in the Caribbean and selected South American countries. We are seeking a suitably qualified professional to help us develop our Medical Division.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ needs and present suitable products in both the Private and Public sectors.
- Identify and establish new Business.
- Deliver product presentations with the goal of scheduling product evaluations.
- Engage with Health Care professionals showcasing Olympus products.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits.
- Maintain detailed records of all customers.
- Liaison for Instruplant/Olympus at external events.
- Must have a vehicle in good working order.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience as a medical sales representative or similar role
• Experience in Operating theatre setting.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and relevant pathologies
• Ability to network & build relationships with Health Care Professionals
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and the latest medical issues
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and networking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong negotiation skills
